Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase using an accepted payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, Interac e-Transfers, and cash.

Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and added to the final invoice. Deliveries are made in loads of one or two cords of wood per trip and are unloaded on site upon arrival. The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the delivery location.
